  • Technology innovation. Advancing high-throughput analytical capabilities to generate data at the scale required for AI-powered flavor discovery.
  • Scientific visibility. Disseminating collaborative research through publications, conferences, and academic workshops.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration. Connecting technology developers with research challenges and expertise across academia and industry.
  • Education and training. Supporting hands-on training for the next generation of scientists and instrument users.

Join Our Team

Prospective graduate students can apply here. Application deadline for Fall 2027 is December 1st, 2026.

The selection is highly competitive, so students are invited to prepare compelling applications demonstrating their skills and interests in flavor research. Backgrounds in chemistry, analytical chemistry and computer science are encouraged. Please indicate your interest in FIG in your letter, as our program is new and not yet in the selection.
